From the hall-door one can enter on the ground flour where there are a living-dining room, a kitchen , one bedroom and one bathroom; outside there is a garden and a terrace where is also possible to have dinner or lunch.

From the garden is possible, by a gate, arrive on the beach, and the sea is only at 40/50 steps from the gate.
A stone-stairs allows to approach to the first flour.

On the first flour there is a little study with a little library and a bed; on the left there is a big balcony that looks on the sea and in front of Vulcano Island; after the study there is an admittance to 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.

The house can give hospitality to 10/14 people ( 11 with privacy ).
