The elegant building of "villa Lina" is encircled by a garden in Mongiove, a fraction of Patti, exactly between Capo Calavà and Tindari with his beautiful greek theatre.

The house is in Mediterranean style and is composed by a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground foor there are a big dining room, a kitchen, a double room and a bathroom. On the first floor there are four bedrooms (double and triple rooms).
Is possible to give hospitality to 10 people ( with privacy ) or 14 people.

Beside the house there are about 500 m. of an English garden and a terrace where, in summer is possible and nice to have lunch or dinner. On the other side there is a private car-parking. Three bikes are at guests’ disposal to ride pleasantely.

The house has two entrances, one by the private street and the other by the beach, the sea is only at about fifty steps from the garden.

The name Mongiove rises from the presence of a greek theatre dedicated to the father’s Gods. The greek theatre of Tindary is at 15 minutes from the Villa.

Villa Lina is at only 1 km from the exit PATTI on the speedway A20 Messina-Palermo, at only 60 km from Messina and 100 km from Palermo and at 90 minutes from the airport of Catania.

The villa is in front of the Vulcano Island, one of the seven Eolian Islands, that is possible to reach in about 50 minutes. A very nice location of the house lets to reach in a few time all main and beautifull turistic places like Taormina, Cefalù, the Etna park and the Alcantara falls.
