Arrival at the house is at 3.00 p.m. and departure is on or before 11.00 a.m.
For a weekly period the arrive is on Saturday 3.00 p.m. and departure is on Saturday at 11.00 a. m.

The delivery of the key is at 3.00 p.m. at your arrival by the host, after he has controlled the house and all household furnishings and after the countersign (by the guest and the host) of a binding declaration and after the delivery of a caution (€300,00 a week ).
The host can control the correct use of the services. Controls can take place in any moment without put inconvenience to the guests, and always into the presence of the guest.
Guest must use with care all household furnishings, he mustn’t change the place of the furniture, he mustn’t amass rubbish in the house, he must clean every day the kitchen, he mustn’t damage the garden or leave furniture or something else on the grass in the night because this prevent from irrigating.
If the guest breaks something is necessary to communicate it to the host.
When the guest leaves the house, at the return of the key, we will control the house and if all is ok we will return the caution .
Is forbidden to use electric hot plates or other sort of heat source into the bedrooms.
Don’t leave any valuables unguarded.

The villa is provided with 3 bikes, use it carefully.
